Towson (Baltimore city County) home prices fell in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Towson in Baltimore city County fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 61.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 5.1% decrease over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Towson in the second quarter of 2019.
