Towson (Baltimore city County) median home prices fell by 24.9% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Towson in Baltimore city County fell by $37,666 while total sales decreased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,834 - a 24.9% decrease over the $151,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Towson in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Towson for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,728, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
