Rosedale (Baltimore city County) home prices fell in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Rosedale in Baltimore city County fell by $58,400 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,500 - a 43.6% decrease over the $133,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Rosedale in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Rosedale for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,749, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
