The second half of 2019: Rosedale (Baltimore city County) experienced a 27.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Rosedale in Baltimore city County fell by $31,540 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,360 - a 27.2% decrease over the $115,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Rosedale in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Rosedale for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,749, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
