Home prices increased in Pikesville (Baltimore city County) during the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Pikesville in Baltimore city County rose by $7,200 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,500 - a 8.7% increase over the $82,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Pikesville in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Pikesville for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,459, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
