Parkville (Baltimore city County) median home prices fell by 22.1% in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Parkville in Baltimore city County fell by $32,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,500 - a 22.1% decrease over the $147,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Parkville in the first half of 2018.
