The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Towson (Baltimore city County) fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Towson in Baltimore city County fell by $30,000 while total sales increased by 260%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 16.2% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Towson in the second quarter of 2020.
