Towson (Baltimore city County) home prices fell in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Towson in Baltimore city County fell by $1,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 0.9% decrease over the $166,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Towson in August 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Towson for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,728, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
