How did home prices perform in Towson (Baltimore city County) during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Towson in Baltimore city County rose by $51,600 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 45.5% increase over the $113,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Towson in the third quarter of 2020.
