Pikesville (Baltimore city County) home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Pikesville in Baltimore city County rose by $116,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,000 - a 144% increase over the $80,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pikesville in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pikesville for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,459, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
