The second half of 2021: Home prices in Parkville (Baltimore city County) fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Parkville in Baltimore city County fell by $7,000 while total sales increased by 128.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $208,000 - a 3.3% decrease over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Parkville in the second half of 2020.
