February 2022: Home prices in Essex fell

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Essex fell by $23,000 while total sales increased by 13.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,000 - a 11% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Essex in February 2021.
