What happened to the median home price in Middle River during February 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Middle River rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 9.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 24.3% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Middle River in February 2021.
