February 2022: Parkville (Baltimore County) experienced a 0.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Parkville in Baltimore County rose by $1,750 while total sales decreased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,750 - a 0.7% increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 93 homes sold in Parkville in February 2021.
