Median home prices in Nottingham rose to $250,000 in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Nottingham rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 2% increase over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Nottingham in February 2021.
