Falling home prices in Lochearn in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Lochearn fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 4.8% decrease over the $262,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Lochearn in February 2021.
