Woodlawn home prices rose in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Woodlawn rose by $36,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 15.7% increase over the $229,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Woodlawn in February 2021.
