February 2022: Owings Mills experienced a 4.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Owings Mills rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,500 - a 4.4% increase over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Owings Mills in February 2021.
