Home prices decreased in Upperco during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Upperco fell by $242,500 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 44.7% decrease over the $542,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Upperco in February 2021.
