Rising home prices in Pikesville (Baltimore County) in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Pikesville in Baltimore County rose by $31,000 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $311,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Pikesville in February 2021.
