The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Monkton fell by $369,000 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $373,000 - a 49.7% decrease over the $742,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Monkton in February 2021.
