How did home prices perform in Phoenix during February 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Phoenix fell by $68,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 10 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $432,500 - a 13.7% decrease over the $501,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Phoenix in February 2021, as well.
