Baldwin home prices rose in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Baldwin rose by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $491,000 - a 1.8% increase over the $482,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Baldwin in February 2021.
