February 2022: Home prices in Woodstock fell

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Woodstock fell by $40,300 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $512,450 - a 7.3% decrease over the $552,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Woodstock in February 2021.
