Baltimore County issued the following announcement on Jun. 14.
The Baltimore County Fire Department’s first-ever Junior Fire Chief Jazmyn is pictured with County Executive Johnny Olszewski and Chief Joanne Rund at yesterday’s fire boat dedication in Lutherville.
The rising fifth grader is tasked with working on youth-focused resources and promoting fire safety with the Dept’s school programs. Thanks to Jazmyn for her volunteerism and dedication to the Baltimore County community – she is a leader in the making!
