April: Home prices in Parkton increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Parkton rose by $220,000 while total sales increased by 22.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $650,000 - a 51.2 percent increase over the $430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Parkton in April 2021.
