Falling home prices in Phoenix in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Phoenix fell by $45,000 while total sales increased by 25 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,000 - a nine percent decrease from the $500,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Phoenix in April 2021.
