Home prices decreased in White Hall during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in White Hall fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 150 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 1.8 percent decrease from the $427,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in White Hall in April 2021.
