April: Freeland experienced a 2.3% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Freeland fell by $9,000 while total sales increased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $391,000 - a 2.3 percent decrease from the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Freeland in April 2021.
