Home prices decreased in Pikesville (Baltimore County) during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Pikesville in Baltimore County fell by $7,800 while total sales increased by 61.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,700 - a 2.5 percent decrease from the $307,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Pikesville in April 2021.
