April: Home prices in Arbutus (Baltimore County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Arbutus in Baltimore County rose by $18,500 while total sales increased by 2.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,500 - a 7.2 percent increase over the $257,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Arbutus in April 2021.
