Nottingham home prices fell in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Nottingham fell by $4,000 while total sales increased by 13.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 1.5 percent decrease from the $274,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Nottingham in April 2021.
