Home prices increased in Woodlawn during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Woodlawn rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 45.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 2.1 percent increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Woodlawn in April 2021.
