April: Upperco experienced a 45.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Upperco fell by $197,220 while total sales increased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,500 - a 45.5 percent decrease from the $433,720 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Upperco in April 2021.
