What happened to the median home price in Windsor Mill during April?

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Windsor Mill fell by $5,225 while total sales decreased by 5.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,525 - a 2.3 percent decrease from the $230,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Windsor Mill in April 2021.
