Halethorpe home prices rose in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Halethorpe rose by $42,300 while total sales increased by 115.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,500 - a 26.4 percent increase over the $160,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Halethorpe in April 2021.
