Monkton median home prices rose by 56.6% in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Monkton rose by $322,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $892,500 - a 56.6 percent increase over the $570,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Monkton in May 2021.
