Median home prices in Baldwin rose to $665,000 in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Baldwin rose by $237,500 while total sales decreased by 40 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $665,000 - a 55.6 percent increase over the $427,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Baldwin in May 2021.
