Home prices increased in Phoenix during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Phoenix rose by $127,300 while total sales decreased by 25 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $665,000 - a 23.7 percent increase over the $537,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Phoenix in May 2021.
