How did home prices perform in Upperco during May?

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Upperco rose by $69,400 while total sales increased by 25 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 21.3 percent increase over the $325,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Upperco in May 2021.
