May: Home prices in Arbutus (Baltimore County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Arbutus in Baltimore County rose by $37,000 while total sales increased by 6.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,500 - a 15.1 percent increase over the $245,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Arbutus in May 2021.
