Windsor Mill home prices rose in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Windsor Mill rose by $80,600 while total sales decreased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $279,500 - a 40.5 percent increase over the $198,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Windsor Mill in May 2021.
