How did home prices perform in Nottingham during May?

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Nottingham rose by $375 while total sales decreased by 35.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,500 - a 0.1 percent increase over the $255,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Nottingham in May 2021.
