May: Home prices in Sparrows Point fell

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Sparrows Point fell by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 61.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 10.6 percent decrease from the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Sparrows Point in May 2021.
