Baltimore County Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on Aug. 11.
Last Friday, we celebrated the Groundbreaking for The Celebree School of Nottingham! Attendees were treated with a tour of the facility and complimentary ice cream. We would like to thank Carmen Christiana for presenting a proclamation on behalf of the Baltimore County Government Executive's Office.
