Baltimore County Health Department issued the following announcement on Sep. 16.
Need assistance with water and/or wastewater bill? The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is a statewide program that offers financial assistance towards water and/or wastewater bills and eligible households may receive up to $2,000.
Apply online at mymdthink.maryland.gov or fill out the printable paper application found at https://bit.ly/3AKrVwu. If you are unable to apply online, you may request an application to be mailed to you by calling 1-800-332-6347 or by calling your local Department of Social Services or OHEP office.
