Baltimore County Health Department issued the following announcement on Jan. 22.
In partnership with the University of Maryland School of Medicine, the Baltimore County Department of Aging is offering a two-part virtual Living Longer, Living Well Summit in January. The Summit will offer valuable information on important topics that can positively impact individuals as they strive for longevity including nutrition, physical activity, brain and bone health, and connectedness. All ages are welcome.

The event is being offered as part of the 45th anniversary celebration of the Baltimore County Department of Aging and will be offered FREE of charge to participants.
