On Sunday, March 23, former Franklin High School standout Ben Murphy’s current collegiate team the Maryland Terrapins won 72-71 against the Colorado State Rams in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Climate Pledge Arena, this was the first game against the Colorado State Rams during the championship.

Ben Murphy’s hometown is Reistertown and game position is guard.
