Sydney Weaver, former Eastern Technical High School softball player will compete with her collegiate team for the NCAA Division II Softball Championship

Former Eastern Technical High School standout and current Francis Marion Patriots player, Sydney Weaver will compete in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

They begin the tournament as a number one seed against the eighth seeded Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes.

The first game is on Thursday, May 8 at 3 p.m.
