On Thursday, Feb. 27, former Sparrows Point High School standout Kristin Toland’s current college team, the Towson Tigers, won 8-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Coppin State Eagles.

The game took place at Tiger Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 12:30 p.m. at Tiger Softball Stadium against Colgate Raiders.
